I work alone. That means when you contact me, I respond. When we agree on a scope of work, I carry it out. There is no account manager between you and the person responsible for the work, no handover between the person who took your brief and the person doing the build. I'm based in Telford, on the edge of the West Midlands, and have worked with businesses across the region for a number of years. All work runs remotely as standard. For local clients who would prefer to meet in person at any point, that is practical to arrange. Working remotely does not affect the quality of work or communication, and it means the rates I charge do not carry the overhead of a city-centre agency.
