The client's previous agency de-indexed key commercial pages before transferring the site. By the time we gained control, rankings across the most valuable product and location categories had already taken a significant hit.

The project involved a complete WordPress rebuild covering hundreds of product categories and thousands of pages, followed by a live migration executed without losing organic traffic or existing rankings. Server configuration was handled end-to-end, including Plesk, Cloudflare CDN, and SSL setup.

Rankings were recovered through structured data implementation (FAQ, Product, LocalBusiness and custom service schema), Core Web Vitals optimisation that brought PageSpeed scores from 50 to 90+, and a location page strategy that now drives approximately a third of total traffic.

Organic traffic recovered substantially and continued to grow well beyond pre-incident levels.
